The three plans

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually In short
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core marketing an established trade or local business needs
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels run at once; Trades.Agency website packages at half price
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Its own marketing team, support first in the queue, and any website package designed and built at no charge

There's no long-term contract: give 30 days' notice and the plan ends. Paying for a year up front is what earns the lower column. Eligible trades businesses also get a free 30-minute first consultation and is separate from the plans. For the full plan details, see the Trades.Agency pricing page.

What each plan usually means for a launch

The plans weren't designed only for launches, so here is how they tend to map onto one.

  • Growth suits a single location with a modest launch: the pre-opening plan, a properly built Google Business Profile, and either a light site update or a small ad test. Owners who already have a decent site usually start here.
  • Elite suits a launch that needs a new site and a real ad budget, or a move plus a second location. The website discount matters if you have nothing online yet.
  • Enterprise suits larger openings: multiple locations, a bigger team, or a business that wants a full site built and a team running the launch end to end.

Worked example: monthly cost with GST

Here is the arithmetic for a common case: a new studio opening near Lougheed station on the Growth plan, month-to-month, for a four-month launch period.

  • Plan: $1,999 × 4 months = $7,996.
  • GST at 5%: about $400.
  • Total for the plan: about $8,396 over four months, before any ad spend.
  • On annual billing instead, the plan would be $1,499 a month, but you'd be committing to a year.

Ad spend is separate. If you add a $600 monthly ad budget for three of those months, that's another $1,800 paid to Google, with any applicable taxes billed by the platform.

What drives the cost of a launch

The plan price is fixed. What varies is how much of it goes where, and what you spend outside it. Five factors decide that:

  1. Days to opening. A launch with 120 days of lead time can be spread out. One with three weeks needs triage.
  2. What already exists. An owner with a good site and a verified profile at the old address needs far less than one starting from scratch.
  3. Number of locations. Each location needs its own profile and page.
  4. Ad appetite. Ads are optional. The ad ceiling method decides whether they belong in your launch at all.
  5. Approvals outside our control. Signage, inspections and licences can move an opening date. We plan around them, but delays can extend the paid period.

How to choose

Ask yourself three questions:

  • Do I have a working website? If not, the Elite discount or Enterprise build may save money overall.
  • Will I run ads in the first months? If yes, budget for ad spend on top of the plan, and check the numbers first.
  • How long is my launch window? For a four- to six-month push, month-to-month gives flexibility. For a year of ongoing marketing, annual billing costs less.

If none of the plans is a good fit for your size, we'll say so in the first conversation. Sometimes the right advice is to follow our launch countdown guide yourself and come back later.

Next step

Send us your opening date, location and what you already have online. We'll recommend a plan, or no plan, with the reasons written down. Contact us by call, text or email.

Plan fees pay for marketing work and nothing physical. We are not a contractor, so fit-outs, signs, repairs and servicing are never part of a quote.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price if you want to commit for a year.

Is ad spend included?

No. Ad spend goes directly to Google or other platforms on your own account. The plan covers our planning, setup and management.

Does the consultation cost anything?

Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute first call, which sits outside the paid plans. We use that call to check your timeline and numbers before recommending anything.

Can I pay for only the launch months?

Yes. Because plans are month-to-month, many owners run a plan through the launch period, then cancel with notice or drop to doing the routine work in-house.

Are there other fees?

Anything beyond the plan price, such as ad spend or third-party tools, is listed and confirmed in writing in your proposal before you start.
