Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for a launch

Our published results are all from HVAC businesses. They are not storefront or non-HVAC results, but several of them show how a new division or a fresh push performs in its first months, which is the part that transfers to a launch.

Every number on this page is a real result from our HVAC work, attached to a named client whose site you can visit. None of them comes from a Burquitlam storefront or a non-HVAC trade, so read them as evidence of a method rather than a forecast. Below, each one is paired with the part that genuinely transfers to a launch.

A new division, built from nothing

The closest thing in our record to a launch is a business unit that didn't exist before.

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division we built for CANRO Heat. It now serves 26+ BC communities and shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers: a new division starts like a new shop. It has no reviews, no rankings and no history. The work that built it was the same work in our pre-opening plan: a clear name, a dedicated site, an accurate profile and a steady habit of asking happy customers for reviews. The review count is the point to notice. Reviews accumulate one job at a time, and a launch that starts asking in week one is ahead of one that starts in month six.

The first 90 days

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: the 90-day window is the same horizon our launch plan uses after opening day. A short window rewards doing the basics in the right order and measuring weekly. It also shows why we set a baseline at day zero: tripling is only meaningful against a known starting point. For a brand-new business that starting point is zero, so we measure week-on-week instead.

Growing an established brand

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth, and Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months.

What transfers: these matter most to owners who are relocating or adding a second location rather than starting fresh. An established business already has assets: a name people search for, reviews and pages with history. Growth like this comes from building on those assets, which is exactly what a careless move throws away.

HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What transfers: the discipline behind opening-season ads. A return like that depends on knowing what an enquiry is worth and refusing to pay more than that. In a launch we set that ceiling before any money is spent, and we cut spend back as free channels mature.

How to read these numbers

A few rules we apply to our own results, and suggest you apply to anyone's:

  • Name and link. A result without a named client and a live site to check is a claim, not evidence.
  • Know the sector. HVAC jobs are often high-value and urgent. A café or salon has smaller tickets and different buying habits, so the absolute numbers won't match.
  • Know the time frame. "300% growth" means little without a start date and a period.
  • Ask what was done. The method is what you are really buying.

The full set of studies is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

What these results don't show

They don't show how a café, salon or clinic performs, and they don't show results specific to Burquitlam–Lougheed. They also don't show the clients for whom progress was slower. If you want to understand the method before any of that matters, the launch countdown guide lays it out step by step.

What we'll measure for you

Your own launch gets its own scoreboard, starting at zero on opening day: calls, texts and emails by source, profile views and direction requests, reviews received, and cost per enquiry for ads. Those numbers, not ours, will tell you whether the work is paying. See the pricing page for plans and contact us to set up the first conversation.

Even with our HVAC clients, our role was marketing. We are not a contractor and never did the installs, repairs or service calls behind these numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have results from shops or non-HVAC trades in Burquitlam?

Not published ones. Our public case studies are HVAC results, and we present them as such. We would rather show real numbers from a different sector, clearly labelled, than invent local ones.

Can I expect the same numbers?

No one can promise that. Your sector, location, prices and competition are different. What transfers is the method: the order of work, the measurement and the discipline of cutting what doesn't pay.

Where can I see the full case studies?

The full set is published on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, and each client's live site is linked here so you can look at it yourself.

How will you report my own results?

Weekly through launch, then monthly: calls, texts and emails by source, profile views and directions, reviews, and cost per enquiry for any paid channel.
